Focus on… a Multisite Receptionist
Although the term receptionist is well known, the term multi-site receptionist may seem more vague.
Their main task is to replace permanent hosts and hostesses who are absent and to carry out their various tasks: physically welcoming visitors, receiving and transferring calls, booking taxis or rooms, managing mail, training new staff, etc.
If they are not assigned to a site for a day, the flying host is still on call.
